Cancellation Policy
Sacred Insight Consultation Policy To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both of us, please review the following policies regarding your Sacred Insight Consultation: 1. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to respect both our time and to allow other clients to book. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in the inability to reschedule the complimentary call. 2. Rescheduling Policy: If something comes up, I’m happy to reschedule your session. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to choose a new time that works for you. Repeated reschedules may result in forfeiting the free session opportunity. 3. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend the session without prior communication, this will be considered a no-show. No-shows will result in the complimentary session being forfeited, and you may need to book a paid session to re-engage. 4. Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten the session to honor the next scheduled appointment. If this happens, it may not be possible to cover everything fully, and a follow-up paid session may be recommended. Thank you for respecting these policies.
